Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with CVEsafe. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for paid subscriptions. The Service is operated by DataDike; payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid purchase of a plan. Simply contact us and we'll process it — no complicated forms.
2. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged again.
Beyond the 14-day window, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law (including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).
3. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment, so no refund applies.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@cvesafe.com from your account email with your order details. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You may also contact Paddle support directly via the receipt you received at purchase.
5. Exceptional cases
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse of the guarantee or violation of our Terms & Conditions (for example, unauthorized scanning).
